Hello All,

I noticed threads about TSI and just thought you ought to be aware of the issues the company I work has had with TSI, firstly their support is the worst I've ever come across. I have had a querie with them that is now over six months old and it still has not been resolved, in all I have put forward to them about 6 issues and the only thing they have done is reset the options in the lock code so we could dxf export straight from the items in the items tab and the nests inthe nests tab in Cam-Duct. No other issues have been acted on in 6 months. Before you approach TSI or Maps you might want to consider how much you value real support. If anyone thinks I'm just rambling I can show you six months of emails to both mentioned companies.

I agree we installed cam est its been 12 months and still cant use it TSI do not seem to care once they revive your payment.
