LCE
have a look at this threadhttp://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?t=22476&highlight=xref NOOOOOO!!!!!! Don't use that code, it is horrible. There are much better ways to do this. I will have a browse through my library and get something up soon. Are you specifically after lisp (if so then I can't help you), or VBA or .NET? My pref is .NET, but VBA is acceptable I suppose....

LCE
Is There Any Way For Delete Unloaded Xref And Unrefranced Xref Automatically. Mr Man. In addition to my previous post, please answer the few questions below. 1. Do you want to run it in a drawing, or from outside of AutoCAD? 2. Do you want to run it on 1 drawing, or a collection of drawings? 3. You have mentioned that you would it to remove unloaded and unreferenced, so I assume any unresolved xrefs will be removed, correct? 4. If you want to run it in AutoCAD, do you want it to be command line based, or with an interface? 5. If you want to run it in AutoCAD, how would you want it to handle unresolved xrefs found in the attached xrefs? So DWG1 xrefed into DWG2 as an attachment but is unreferenced, DWG2 xrefed into DWG3. In DWG3 you will see DWG1 in the list, would you like to remove this from DWG2? (Hope this makes sense)... I think that is all for now. FINALLY THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR CARE AND FOR YOU DIPALI ALSO I DON'T FORGET HIS HELP, YOURS, MR MAN
LCE
Mr Man, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, if you specifically want lisp for some reason then I can not help you with that, I am sure someone else will be along that can help though. You do realise that both vba and .net apps can also be run through the command line without a dialog box, right? If you would like me to get something up that is vba or .net then let me know, but if it is specifically lisp like you have said, then good luck. kettledrum
I would love to find a tool to delete unloaded xref files, but have been unable to do so. This is the closest thread I found to what I would like to do. Does anyone know of such a tool?
