cedwards Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 I have looked all over for these 2 missing fonts. I was wondering if anyone had them you could show me where to get them. x-hand1h.shx dimplex.shx Thanks in advance Quote
skipsophrenic Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 Sorry are you sure you're after dimplex.shx and not simplex.shx? Quote
Coosbaylumber Posted September 15, 2009 Posted September 15, 2009 At one of those archetural places onna net there was someone offering typestyles. They took one of the Arch. types, renamed it into Hand (something) then offered it for free. Wm. Quote

cedwards Posted October 2, 2009 Author Posted October 2, 2009 bump....I really need to find these fonts. Thanks Quote
ReMark Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 Why? What's so special about either of them you can't substitute another font? Where did you get the names for these two fonts? Do you have a drawing, possibly from another company, that inquires about these fonts? Quote
Coosbaylumber Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 We used to have a fellow working at a long past firm that would alter something in standard SHP file and then save the altered file and rename to his initials. May be why you cannot locate the fonts. They only exist in one place. Try going the usual route, with error messages, and see waht it says and then alter a similar titled file into waht is required. Then you get a "?" at unknown places. Some fonts do not have a lower case, and then you get a long array of question marks. Wm. Quote

What's that all about? http://www.tannarzane.com/# AutoCAD link at this website doesn't seem to work. Huh? Invite us to your house and you lock the door? Dude! What's up wid dat? It's my personal site. Some links are not active because I haven't done anything yet. This is just a splash screen, I'm working on a design for myself, but I have zero free time right now. And I just have the Username / Password thing just because of permission issues. I have lots of stuff uploaded, but I have this account that has permission for one Font folder only. Quote
ReMark Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 Are you going to give us a key to the house then? How do we get by the Username / Password screen to the font folder? Quote
tzframpton Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 did you not see the user/pass that I gave in the post? Quote
ZWCAD Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 Could the fonts have been used in ZwCAD? Yes, there is no such font in ZWCAD:) Quote
