ReMark Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Justme: Welcome to the CADTutor forum. You realize that you have somehow managed to resurrect a thread from 2006? You should have posted your thread as a new question. That aside, are you on a network? Quote
JUSTME Posted September 18, 2009 Author Posted September 18, 2009 no,,,I am a standalone,,,,,,Thank you for your reply. Quote
Glen Smith Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 When was the software installed? If you did not complete the installation process, AutoCAD will still run for 30 days, then quit. Glen Quote
JUSTME Posted September 18, 2009 Author Posted September 18, 2009 Software was installed last year,,,activaed and registered,,no problem. About 3 days ago I tried to open the program and received a License Error message. The message said that my license would expire on Monday, Sept. 21, 2009 and that I needed to activate my program. I tried to reactivate but a second notice came up and said my license was expired. Soooooooo,,,I am trying to figure out what to do. Quote
JUSTME Posted September 18, 2009 Author Posted September 18, 2009 I also have AutoCAD 2002 and have never experienced any problems with it. Quote
Glen Smith Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Is it possible that you have a student version? I think that the license on some student versions expire after 1 year. If you have a full version you should be able to reinstall and be back up and running. If you still have problems a call to Autodesk or your reseller should clear things up. Glen Quote
Tankman Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Possibly a temporary evaluation program from AutoDesk? I've never seen the problem as you stated. Vs. 2009 shouldn't have the problem you are posting about. Call AutoDesk's help line. Fast. Quote
