atb1984 Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Does AutoDESK offer symbol/block libraries? I'm looking for symbols for P&ID drawings. Can you buy this from Autodesk, or do you have to purchase a liscense for AutoCAD P&ID? I just want the blocks. Quote
ReMark Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Some time ago one could purchase a separate piece of software with hundreds of symbols for all types of disciplines from AutoDesk but I think it has since been discountinued. There are other companies that sell P&ID symbol libraries. Quote
tzframpton Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 I have made one myself if you want me to upload it. Piping only. But there are symbol libraries floating all around, just give Google a shot. If not, just find an image or reference and build your own. That's what I did. Quote

atb1984 Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 Thanks for the quick replies! I'm aware that there are third party companies that sell block libraries, I was just wondering if Autodesk have some themselves. Quote

ReMark Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 AutoDesk Symbols 2000. Don't know if it is still available. You might find a used copy somewhere. Quote
