Printing a banner style drawing?

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

I have an A1 Designjet 750C plotter (I know it needs updating!).

What I have is a drawing which I want to print and it will look like a banner, i.e. a continuous sheet probably 4 x A1 pages long, this is so we can stick it on the wall in the office. It's a bit like a flow diagram. I don't really want to start having to stick pages together or print off a really small version of the drawing.

Anyone have a clue how to do this?

The A1 paper comes in 40meter rolls.

Your plotter should allow long-axis plotting. Have you tried to set up a user sized sheet? Sometimes the plotter drivers are out of date, and don't allow all the options that were available for Windows 98.

There is some sort of BANNER type of software for your printer on the market. I saw an older version on eBay about two years ago, and in had Banner in the title for about $5. Works in Win 95 too, and per Mfgr' it works best using Win 95 drivers too.
