Convert The First Letter In Any Word To A Capital

Good day to all, is there an lisp that mtext/text/attribute that will convert and change the First Letters of All Words to Capital, kindly please help me so that it will be easier and typing ability will fasten by not always toggle the shift button for first letter to be Caps
