cmmahp Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 I used to be able to snap to a dimension line - but now I can't. For instance if I'm doing a few dimension lines I want to be able to put them in line with each other, but I can't snap to the last one I did. What is the setting for this? Quote
cmmahp Posted October 2, 2009 Author Posted October 2, 2009 I found another post that worked for me - AMPOWERSNAP - Filters- uncheck Dimension - thank you though! Quote
ReMark Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 AMPOWERSNAP? That's a new one on me. I guess we aren't in AutoCADland any more Toto. Quote

ttt Posted March 9, 2020 Posted March 9, 2020 When you use OSNAP but you can not snap on Dimension Line . 1. Click "Shift+Right click". It will show Object snap short cut menu. 2. Click on "Power Snap Settings". It will show Power Snap Settings window. 3. Click on "Filter option..." It will show Entity Filter window. 4. Check out front of Dimension and OK, OK. That's all. LJE Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 Hi, Does any one know how to NOT have the object snap pick parts of the dimension lines? I am using ProgeCAD Professional 2018. Thanks No powersnap available in this program. Quote
BIGAL Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 Press F3 in Autocad turns osnap off, else osmode in programs 0 is off. Can change the osnap in a program to suit required. (setvar 'osmode 1) Quote
