inter core2 duo T7500 2.20GHz processor.. with 3G ram..

should be no problem with my specs rite?

Arch 2010 should run fine on Vista assuming your system meets the minimum required specs as suggested by AutoCAD. Don't assume that because your computer meets the minimum specs for running Vista you'll be able to run Arch 2010. AutoDesk specs are usually a little more roboust.

What is the file size of the drawing?

I believe the minimum cpu speed for 2010 products is 3GHz. You're a tad short.

One thing you can do, if your computer is lagging, is switch to Wireframe viewing mode before orbiting. This will ease the load on your processor and video card. By the way, you failed to mention what video card you have?
