peterklos Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Hi All I use AutoCAD 2005 to produce objects on my CNC machine , I have a project to drill 1000’s of different size holes on a halftone image ( dots) for a large panel. I have converted a half tone image to round circles but they are recognized as polylines in AutoCAD. How do I convert the polylines or splines to be recognized as circles , once they are circles I can then categorize the different diameters for each drill size? I have never loaded an LSP application in AutoCAD and don’t know how to use once loaded I would appreciate some assistance Thanks Peter Quote
ReMark Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 Try exploding one of these polyline circles and see what happens. Why do you ask about LISP? Did you find a LISP routine you want to use for some task? There is an explanation of how to load a LISP routine in the CADTutor AutoCAD FAQ area. Look under Customisation. The thread is entitled How do I load an AutoLISP Routine? Quote
