select all entites at a point using vba

Hi all

I have a problem when trying to select entities snapped to a point. I want to select all the entites at that point.To achieve this i tried as follows

 

sel.SelectAtPoint po, filtertype, filterdata

 

the above code is selecting only one entity but not all. Can any one help me how to acieve this using vba code
