Is there an easier way to unlock a veiwport

Type CUI, create a new command (see image), then drag into a toolbar existing or newly created toolbar.

Load it in the Startup Suite (briefcase at bottom, in appload).

At the company where i work we always have a border on top of the vp, now i don't have to shift-select anymore to get to the vp.
