Automation error (Error 440) for AutoCAD 2009 VBA

I have a vba routine that all suddenly give Automation error (Error 440)

when trying to run it. The strange thing about it is that the routine

ran a month or so ago and I have not make any code changes to it since?

 

Any suggestions on how to debug?

I also get sytem error message &H80004005(-2147467259).
