PICAPICA
Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum so i'm hoping its the place to find some help. We're using a trial version of 2010LT and have to create dwf files for a customer. We have a number of drawings of finely detailed gratings of 13MB size typically. Problem is when the whole dwg file is converted thro' Acad to dwf, a large amount of the linework becomes distorted and is also fragmented in some areas. If just a small area of the drawing is converted to dwf there is no problem. Any suggestions please?
SPARKY77
sounds like there could be a graphics card problem
Bogbadbob658
Have you tried resetting your 'vector resolution' and or 'gradient resolution'. If it's a highly detailed model you may need to have them set higher. The down side is the resulting file size. You can access these through 'custom properties' of the DWF via plotter manager. PICAPICA
Bogbadbob658, you're a STAR. Turned both vector and resolution settings up to max eventually, and have now sorted the problem. Would never have found these settings in a million years! Wish I'd asked for help before. Many thanks. PICAPICA
