dboy413 Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 for some reason when i click plot preview all the layers show up in color and they are printing in color, even though i have created a ctb. file for b&w printing. PLEASE HELP!!!! Quote
azzro10 Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 have u set the colours of your layers to standard autocad colours eg 1-255 or are they true colours (have 3 numbers like 234,85,18) if they are true colours then they will plot as they are, the ctb file will have no effect Quote
Dipali Posted July 31, 2008 Posted July 31, 2008 It happens if you use any colors other than index colors i.e 255 ACI colors, a true color, or a color book color. Quote
dboy413 Posted September 6, 2008 Author Posted September 6, 2008 I'm not using any color past 255 and still it won't print in b&w and the plot preview is still in color and prints in color?? PLEASE HELP!!!!! Quote
papagyi Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 What is your plot style?E.g..acad,none,grayscale,monocrome...etc. Normally "acad". Quote
dboy413 Posted September 7, 2008 Author Posted September 7, 2008 I got it figured out thanks for the reply!!!! Quote
Cad64 Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 What was the solution? Just because you figured it out on your own doesn't mean that this thread should go unanswered. It might help someone else with a similar problem. Quote
dboy413 Posted September 7, 2008 Author Posted September 7, 2008 i went into plot style manager and change all the layers that i was using to black on the first pull down bar that way they would show up in the print preview as black. Quote
