problem in loading menu files

Hi,

Every one I am new to this forum.

I have a problem in cad . I am not a regular user of cad.

We are using Autocad2009. I had uploaded some CUI files,by typing menuload command in command line , by default i had unlode all the fils that was dfault.then i tryed to uplad few files but not fully but when i open my cad i get a mesg "The Ribbon does not have any tabs or panels currently loaded"plz find the attached screen shot

plz help out how can i get back all menu bar on mt autocad screen
