lost my layer drop down menu

Hello,

 

I just had to reinstall my copy of AutoCAD 2008. The tool bars aren't the same. For one thing, there used to be a drop down menu for the layers, but that isn't there anymore. How can I get that back?

It's not on the list of AutoCAD Toolbars?

Go to Tools>Toolbars>click on Layers

It turns out that if I go under tools > workspace > 3D modeling, I get the layers menu I'm looking for.
