woodman78 Posted November 26, 2009 Posted November 26, 2009 I have created ribbon tabs with panels for my office. The icons I used are bmp files. They look fine on my machine but when i load the cuix file on another machine the icons are surrounded in black. Does anyone have any ideas? Quote

woodman78 Posted December 3, 2009 Author Posted December 3, 2009 So Crank if i set the background on the icons to be 192,192,192 they will match the background on the ribbon in 2010? Quote
woodman78 Posted December 4, 2009 Author Posted December 4, 2009 Does anyone have a spec for creating icons for 2010. When i create the icon as a bmp i get the result as attached. I have tried many ways and always seem to get the same. Does anyone have any ideas about bit depth and things like that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Quote
Lee Mac Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Not sure if this is any help? http://www.theswamp.org/index.php?topic=30198.0 Quote
Crank Posted December 13, 2009 Posted December 13, 2009 The Ribbon was originally designed for .ico-files with a background color of 236,233,216. But .bmp-files with a background color of 192,192,192 should also work. What size does the big icon have? Quote
