Many thanks Alan,

I shall implement those changes momentarily :)

No problem. I hadn't given this a look and I thought I'd give it a go.

I was converting some text objects from a file (provided by client) and it made me think of your routine.

I have updated the first post to Version 1.8, this should hopefully fix the UCS errors and text rotation issues.

Thanks,

Lee

First thanks for this routine

- Can I control the distance between lines?

- Does the lisp keep the text angle?

- Mtext not moving with mouse when change UCS

The lisp rotate the text to 0 angle

I believe this is controlled using: TSPACEFAC

- Does the lisp keep the text angle?

It will keep the angle of the first text selected.

- Mtext not moving with mouse when change UCS

The latest version should fix all UCS issues, what is your UCS set to?

Thanks LEE

I was using V-1.7

Could one of these lines has the version

  ~¤~ ...Type "T2M" to Invoke... ~¤~ nil

Possibly (that looks like the standard one though).

Hi Lee - I really like this, and I can see myself using it in preference to the Express Tools version. The only thing I prefer about the Express Tools version though is the ability to select text with a crossing box rather than picking each bit of text exactly. This also allows you to select more than one bit of text at a time. Does that make sense?

Hi Rooster - I'll try to incorporate something similar in a later version - it might take a bit of work though... :geek:

Fantastic! I will look forward to that :)

Try the updated code - its not perfect, but its the best I could do for the minute :) SelectionSet isn't available until after the first pick.
