DP-MWS
I've been having trouble with re-associating dimensions in a 2D drawing. Both the drawing and dimensions are in model space. I have alternate units showing. I mention this because this issue seems to happen more when alternate dimensions are showing than when the alternate dimension is turned off. I've tried to re-insert the block associated with the dimension, but this does not solve the problem. The strange thing is that one end of the dimension will remain associated. I've attached the section of drawing that's giving me trouble. Any help would be appreciated. This is not the first time this has happened and the solution is eluding me. Thanks. associative dim issue.dwg
totzky
The answer to your question have something to do with "non-uniformly scaled block". See attachment.

totzky
I tried to explode your drawing, purge, and re-blocked and see the result. (IRR10 REDEFINED).dwg
DP-MWS
I didn't realize that I was doing something different when I created blocks. I will pay closer attention. Thank you for your help.
