How to create a radiused & sloped slab?

Does anyone know how to create a floor slab that is sloped, but also has radius-ed edges. I have a fan shaped floor on a 1:20 slope.

 

I have thought up a couple ways to fake it, but I am trying to learn the correct way to do this in Architecture 2010. I am new to this version, but have 2.5 years Revit experience and 9+ years in Autocad.
