AllieEatsSushi Posted August 13, 2008 Posted August 13, 2008 Hey everyone, I know this is most likely an obvious question, but I searched the threads, and haven't found the answer I need. So here goes: I just got AutoCAD for my home computer, and I'm not sure what resolution I should set the screen 2 be. I have tried a few different ones, but different parts of CAD keep getting cut off at the edges, like I won't be able to see half of a menu I have open. What's everyone's screen set on?? Thanks in advance. Quote
skipsophrenic Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 minimum should be 1024 x 768. agreed:) i work with a screen set to 1600 x 1200, but Dipali's right in what the minium resolution should be. Quote
ReMark Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 I would recommend, at a minimum, 1280x1024. You may have to adjust the monitor itself using whatever buttons are physically on the monitor or an onscreen program for tweaking the height and width of the actual image. What type of monitor do you have (CRT or flat screen)? What is the max resolution supported? What type of graphics card are you running? What resolutions does it support? Quote
