Hi

I am using Autocad 2009 with xp pro 32bit. Using ALIGN command in a drawing, when I type in the command and pick the two points of the object to align, the object either scales down or scales up depending on the object I want to align with.

I will be grateful for your help, this is my first time on the forums for help.

Thanks in advance.

You should get an option on the command line to accept or reject scaling.

Select objects: 1 found

Select objects:

Specify first source point: ENDP,INT

of

Specify first destination point: ENDP,INT

of

Specify second source point: ENDP,INT

of

Specify second destination point: ENDP,INT

of

Specify third source point or :

Scale objects based on alignment points? [Yes/No] :

If you use three points, you don't get an option for scaling

Thanks for you quick response, must say all the response I had has been great.

I used align then used only one align command, this helped.

Thanks again
