dimension automatically changes

Hello,what settings should i adjust that when i move line A the dimension goes with it and the value also changes.

If when you did the dimension in the first place had OSnaps on and picked the endpoint of line A, then the dimension should go with it when you move the line.

I think i know why the dimension wont automatically change when i move line A, its because i am using a dimension override.And this style was created by an ex-employee.I have set DIMASSOC to 2 and the dimension wont go with the line, and i also used Osnaps when i am using the previous style but when i change it in standard style the dimension changes as i move a line or object. whats wrong?

you have to to redimension. otherwise it wont take effect.
