I am attaching a PDF here with Title Block styles and sizes.

I normally use form 5 for my Architectural Drawings. Don't draw the title blocks to the size given. What you need to do is draw them to scale.

Example: Form 5's length is 4.50''. A normal architectural is at 1/4'' Scale.... so divide .25 by 4.50... (.25/4.50=18) So you will actually draw the 4.50'' line at a length of 18''.

Make sense?

Your North Arrow can be found in you DC, Design Center. If you are unable to find let me know and I can attach one.

There are basic templates provided with AutoCAD. Use the following steps to bring one into your drawing:

From the drop down lists at the top:

Insert>Layout>Layout from Template - then browse to: C:\Program Files\AutoCAD LT 2005*\UserDataCache\Template

*Shows your AutoCAD folder

Over the years, I've had different titleblocks. Just for change's sake.

I did start with AutoCAD templates, don't know where I got the one I've attached.

I print only letter size or *.pdf format (for emailing). 8)
