array & 3d rotate

Is it possible to array an object in a row and 3drotate it all at once?

 

if it's possible what is the command i should us? a tutorial will help.

No! One command is not present, there are two variants:

1) the first array, then 3drotation

2) Management of the user system of co-ordinates (change of a direction of axes) ucs, then array

I need to make a twisted chain, and always do with the two commands.

 

At first I array the object then 3drotate it one by one, but it need a lot of time and patient to get the twist result.

 

Is there other way to get twist result than using 3drotate?

Could you use a script or a lisp routine? Have you tried posting in the customisation forum?

Yes, I know how to use a lisp routine but I don't know how to make a lisp routine. And no, I haven't posting it in the customisation forum yet.
