Coping a Layout Tab (P.S.)

Can someone tell me if I am on the right track. All I want to do is copy a layout tab. The tab is, of course, a paperspace tab. The manual step is to RMB on the tab you want to copy, select Move or Copy...Select move to end and check Create a Copy. I think this is the line of code I need to do this

object.CopyFrom SourceObject 

but it keeps telling me my Object variable is not set. Anyone have any ideas for me?

Both objects must exist first. The old layout and the new one. You then copy from the old one to the new one.

I tried that already. Did not work. All I get is a New Layout tab with nothing on it?
