CADPurdue
Good afternoon, I have been having this trouble over the past few days...everytime I zoom down a few lines "move" and look all whacked out. These have typically been polylines, but lately it is just the non-ortho lines. Can someone help me with a quick fix. I truly doubt that it is a Video Card issue because I have not run into this just until the last few day. Please help, it is DRIVING ME NUTS! nukecad
ZOOM; "MOVE"; polylines, non-otho lines??? Please explain what you are trying to do.
CADPurdue
Ok. When I zoom in to an intersection of 3 different lines (one line is drawn straight up and down, the other is drawn straight left to right, and the other is at 45 degrees). I zoom down to the intersection and the one drawn at 45 degrees 'moves' when zooming down. It does not literally move. Let's just say that to select it, I don't select the line, I select where it should be and then it shows up. Make sense?
CADPurdue
Here are 2 screen shots to explain it. The lines are skewed when zoomed in....look at page one and the compare to page 2 AutoCAD Example.docx AutoCAD Example 2.docx
lpseifert
I can't open .docx files so I'm guessing you need to do a regen and/or set viewres higher.
CADPurdue
Nope, not it. Here are the word files saved back to 97-2003 format. AutoCAD Example.doc AutoCAD Example 2.doc
bobsy852
I am having a very similar problem to this in AutoCAD 2010! Every time i zoom right in to a line etc, the lines begin to move. And if I try to grip them to move them, they move again, and I can't get them to snap to anything etc. They begin to act really weird! I dont have a screen shot at the moment but will try to get one later tonight. What is this "viewres" command? What should I set this too to try an improve the issue?
