Autodesk Design Review 2010 launch error

When Attempting to laud Autodesk Design Review 2010

 

error message either directly or via autocad 2010 0xc0000142. appears. with a full install why would this not work?

This error occurs because AutoCAD® and 3ds Max® share some components. As a result, removing one of these Autodesk applications can affect the other one.

To resolve this issue, download and run the appropriate fix for your bundle:

For AutoCAD Revit Architecture Visualization Suite, download and run 3dsMaxRAV-S_Anchor.msi.

For the AutoCAD Visualization Suite, download and run 3dsMaxACDDS_Anchor.msi.

After you have applied this fix, you will be able to start and use 3ds Max normally.
