CADTutor is a teaching forum, not a request forum. If you want to learn how to build a winch model, I'm sure one of our Sketchup guys would be willing to help you out, but I doubt anyone is going to just give you a finished model.

 

But, having said that, check the Sketchup Warehouse. Maybe you will find what you're looking for over there.
