Data extraction not working?

been tearing my hair out with this one, maybe it's something i'm missing, i'm trying to extract data from inserted blocks using 2009, go through all the steps, save file, choose blocks, select attributes etc, all goes smoothly until i try to insert the table, then nothing....the extraction wizard finishes as if i've inserted the table but nothing is there; it doesn't even give me the option to pick an insertion point, i have selected the insert into dwg option.....end up going back to 2007 and doing the extraction from there and re-opening back up in 2009!!!!....

can anyone help

cheers

Have you tried installing Update2?

There is a fix that looks similar to your case.
