hot spots

I know there is a way to lessen hot spots when you add lighting but I don't remember...please remind me! I used free lights.

There are several ways to lessen hot spots.

You can move your lights farther away from the objects that are being illuminated.

You can lower the intensity of your lights.

You can exclude objects from being illuminated by specific lights.

It's just easier to diagnose problems when I can see exactly what's happening. But if excluding objects was what you were looking for then I don't need to see the rendered image.
