Profiles show up deformed on other PC's

Hi, I have a big problem, I made some profiles, using data shortcuts for surface and alignment elements and everything is great, but when my workmate tried to open the profile on her PC it showed up deformed and the vertical curves were missng, really awful. Any ideas what might cause this? I can open profiles made by her and they show up OK on my PC, it's just that on other PC's my profiles seem to go bananas.

Ok, problem solved, the other PC's I tried to open the file, had older Civil 3d Service Packs on them :oops:, installed service pack 2 and everything is OK now.
