how does a macro recorder operate?

Hi .

I read about macro recorder in some softwares. but i can understand how does it work and how i can use it in my purposes for ease my operation in auto cad.

Is there anyone hared about it and can explain about its operation??

There is a Recorder feature in AutoCAD. It basically records your keystrokes. When finished you save the macro for future use. I would recommend checking your Help file first for further information.
