retrieve point move parameter grips

Is there someone that can help me with some code that will get a selection set containing "Point Move Parameter Sets" created in the Block Editor in order to move a very large group of items without actually moving the entire block with these points? I've attached a dwg with some dynamic blocks that use these points. Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry, I realize that the dwg attachment was posted with the previous thread but this is a completely different issue. Should I remove the attachment and refer to the other thread?

If you have two distinctly different issues then fine leave things as they are. If the issues are inter-related then perhaps it is better if you combine them. Thank you.
