Secretagdan
I went to an AUGI camp last year, and discussed it with one of their people. At that point in time no was the answer. It had to do with how many variables got thrown into the mix once you get into 3-d. Although it may be something we see in the future. SuperCAD
It is possible. I've made a dynamic block for a pair of 3D side mounted ball bearing drawer slides, and it works like a charm. I can adjust the mounting height, the width between the slides, and the extension length all with one block. I think the only thing you can't do with a solid in a dynamic block is change the size of the solid. All move/rotate/array options should work though.
