Tallie Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 Hi all, In some drawings I have an xref that contains 3 ecws that are layered on top of each other and in my drawings, where they overlap there is an outline of the ecw that's on top. I think it would look better if there was no outline, and the images looked more blended. So, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of this line? Regards, Vanessa Quote
ReMark Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Vanessa: For my own education can you define what an ecw is? Thanks. Quote
Tallie Posted April 15, 2010 Author Posted April 15, 2010 An ecw file is an image file with coordinates. So if I insert it correctly through, e.g. AutoCAD Map, It will come in at the right place and scale. Quote
ReMark Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Thanks for educating me on an ecw file. It almost sounds like their is some sort of frame that surrounds the ecw and perhaps this is what you are referring to as an outline. Is that correct? Quote
