Copying Dynamic Blocks

I'm creating a dynamic block for all of the CMU blocks that we have in our library. In creating bond beams, the rebar does not always retain the same relationship between various sizes. I have set up a visibility parameter for the various sizes and rebar locations. I have the rebar set with a lookup parameter for various design sizes. Is there a way that I can copy the rebar within the drawing a retain it's dynamic properties so far if I try to copy the rebar it looses it's dynamic properties.
