MisterJingles Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Hi all I have a raster imagine (JPG) which Im using as a site plan and I need to plot PDFs of the drawings. Problem is that when I print to PDF the image does not show, only my lines are visible with a blank background. Any idea why? Regards Rob Quote
Tcntygrl21 Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Check the layer that the image is on. Make sure plot is not turned off. Quote
Ace Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 I had this issue with some linked spreadsheets I had inserted to drawings. If you click on the jpg in the drawing then look at the properties section there is a Misc section. In that look at the drop down for plot quality. When i changed mine from low graphics to monochrome, they seemed to show up for me fine. There are three choices in the plot quality pulldown; monochrome, low graphics, high graphics. Hope that helps. Quote
mekarls Posted May 3, 2010 Posted May 3, 2010 If you want to insert GIF image to PDF document, you can try A-PDF Watermark. This software is professional on adding many kinds of stamps to PDF files, such as text, all types images, dynamic date, other PDF file etc. So you can insert your image to any position you want. Thanks Karls Quote
MisterJingles Posted May 6, 2010 Author Posted May 6, 2010 Tcntygirl - No, plot is turned on. Ace - My MISC only offers me NAME, PATH, and SHOW IMAGE (Yes show image is set to affirmative ) Still no luck with this. Does it help if I tell you the JPG is a 23MB Xref? Quote
