Batt Insulation

Hello.

 

I have a block of a single Batt. I added an array parameter and a scale parameter to it. If I scale first, it breaks the array because the array distance is different. I added the array param to the selection set of the scale but that did not help. Is there a way to get this to work so it doesnt matter which action you do first?

Are you trying to draw insulation inside a wall? If so have you considered using using the batting linetype? You can adjust the thickness by changing the ltscale of the line.

Search for lisp program to draw insulation various style are pretty easy to create and use the polyline with arcs and lines in a loop till end of line.

 

I had about 5 different types and these were height and length adjustable (sorry copyrighted) and just required pick two points.
