As far as the fillets - I put those in the sketch so that I could have an extra tight bend, if I hadn't put them in sketch is there a way in SolidWorks to have multiple bend radii in a single feature? I think any reference you find that I recommend not using sketch fillets I include the qualifier "usually". If you leave the fillet out of the sketch you can only apply a single radii.
