Is there a command to do a "Not" Intersection? More specifically, to delete the part of the solids that overlap. The button would graphically be the inverse of the intersection button...

The opposite of the "Interference" command is what you're looking for..

 

Multiple subtractions.. Subtract each item from each other (takes a few steps because the "subtracted" part must be replaced).

 

Or Interfere, and then subtract that from both items. (same "disappearing subtraction item" issue).

Just remember.. subtract from ONE item at a time, or it will union the multiple items.

The best idea which i do in this case is copy the object which is to be subtracted. Use the intersect command. Then subtract this intersected object from the base solid. That is how you retain all of your solids & get the intersected part removed.
