Is there a unicode for centerline. Instead of putting C.L. I would like the L within the C.

U+2104 is the unicode centre line symbol

I type that in and it comes up a question mark, also center line is nowhere on the symbol chart.

Not all fonts have the full Unicode set.

 

You will have to find a font that has the centre line symbol in it. I found one in a RomanS font.

 

But for portability of data, you should use a commonly available font, otherwise when you send your drawing to someone else, they will only see a ?
