Goomba Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 When I draw a square, and then offset it internally, I cannot select the area between the two squares to extrude, it will only let me select the bigger square or the smaller square. Curiously sometimes if I offset outwards it will let me extrude the area between. Or if I do the same with a circle it will work. I have tried on the other draftees computers and it will let them do it no dramas Wondering if I have accidently clicked something somewhere which is causing this? Not really a major issue, because if I draw another square over the internal square it will then let me offset, more annoying than anything. Quote
shift1313 Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 is it really just a square? Offset inside or outside will make no difference unless there is a problem with the geometry(something like a radius). Can you make a file and upload it here? Quote
JD Mather Posted May 10, 2010 Posted May 10, 2010 Attach the file here that exhibits this behavior. If you turn on all constraints is there a difference between machines. Have you fooled with constraint persistance/inferencing? Quote
Goomba Posted May 11, 2010 Author Posted May 11, 2010 Weird, I did the exact same thing today and it worked. So cant upload the file. I hadnt changed any settings or options, before or after. Also today the units in assembly decieded to change to cm by themself. Something weird going on. Quote
