Stop attribute extraction

Hi,

I've made an attribute extraction table (or two or three) some in the dwg as Acad tables, others in xcel. I have tried to delete them all because every time I move or insert a block I get the hourglass for a long time - I assume the tables are updating. How can I get rid of them?

 

Hope someone knows this one.
