What's the best way to export a graphic from Inventor?

I'm using 2010.

Basically, I need to export various graphics from Inventor which I can then import to another program in the following formats:-

dxf

wmf

Tif

Gif

Pcx

Jpeg

I want the graphics to look as clear as possible and they need to be colour/solids.

What is the best way to do this? I tried exporting to a jpeg but the quality was terrible.

Or use Jing, or camtasia (or a.n.other) to take a screen shot...

Screen shots are one thing but once you try to zoom in/manipulate the image, you lose quality. I was wondering of there is a way to export a bmp for example which gives the same quality as if I have printed to a PDF driver?
