Converting Decimal to Fractional

I have a problem converting my dimensions from decimal to fractional numbers and would really appreciate any help:

 

When I change my dimensions from decimal to fractional, its not converting correctly. For example, I measured the end of a

vice screw to be .15625 inches (the decimal conversion of the correct dimension 5/32"), but when I click on the fractional option it shows the

dimension being 3/16". It seems to think that .15625 = 3/16!! Do you know why this is happening?

Check the precision of your primary units in your dimstyle.
