big red X mark on my layer properties

I was in the middle of work when i dragged some layer in my layer properties and then a promt popped out that had to choices and i clicked "continue".Then this is what appeared in my layer properties manager. What should i do restore the previous setting? Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

I have attached an image of what seems to be my problem.
