setting arrow size in qleader

I'm using acad 2010 and want to set the arrow size in qleader. Currently minute. Is the setting in dimstyle the determiner of arrow size? If so, is there a way to set them separately? I don't see a size setting in qleader Settings.

You could make a Child dimension style for leaders

Thanks again. Will try it. I'm guessing both dimension styles can be active simultaneously in the same drawing or do I need to change to the child dimstyle, when I'm doing leaders?
