UCS problem

Hi guys,

 

I've recieved a file and the ucs is on an angle for the north side, and is set on world. I always type UCS then view and the icon goes to the normal x and y axis. I did this to one of the drawings that I recieved and the ucs goes back to the normal 2D x and y axis but the actual mouse icon stays on the angle and a straight line is drawn on that angle. How do I change it back to x as 0 deg and y as 90 deg??

Type in command line "plan" "enter" "enter".

or it could be SNAPANG that's not set to 0
